Copy of sms attached. my saving bank account [protected] does not having debit card however my saving is attached with my adhar card. however, i have not actually withdrawal the amount to i have called PNB help line today morning immediately of a show of sms and complain that someone has misused the system and withdrawal my deposting in saving. PNB customer care ahs has taken complain and given complain no 11xxxxxxx90 and complain to branch no. CW[protected] asked me to lodge a police complaint. As i am presently posted at Akbarpur of nawada i went to the police station lodge the policy complain also. so i went to nearby PNB branch (pnb akbarpur branch ) by the time another debit of rs 10000/- withdrawn by the same method by frouder from my saving. I show the same to branch personnel they immediately delink the adhar from my saving and advise me to go to the home branch for making complain in writing. i called again to customer care of PNB that despite lodge complaint again withdrawal of Rs 10000 happens on 25th march today around 11 am . they same go to branch only to raise further complain. i reached the branch (kowakol) by 4pm and requested branch personnel for help they said that they are unable to trace how the withdrawal happens even after lodging complaints through the call center which needs to examine by the branch. I have given a written complaint to branch for investigation of fraud happen in my bank account and wring withdrawal by fraudsters. i am a woman earning only small amounts and the whole savings ahs been withdrawn by fraudsters. it is also to point out to PNB that same time my another bank accounting at madhya Bihar gramin bank also A/c [protected] fruade withdrawal of Rs 10000/- has been made yesterday at 24 th march evening and today around 11 morning balance 7000/- has been withdrawn. even i have made a complaint in the morning to Madhy Gramin bank also through complaint no B[protected] despite of that send the withdrawal to happen to complete saving taken by fraudster. you are requested to please do the necessary system investigation and take cctv footage from withdrawal happen and get my money bank, other wise poor women, i can't survive without my saving. t you are requested to raise my complaint to the appropriate level and get my money back in my account. copy of my withdrawal from bank and cy complain letter is attached for reference and investigation but PNB bannk closed RBI complain no [protected] without proper investigation of refund Kumari kanchan sinha [protected] (m) Was this information helpful? | |||
