Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — Recovery agent unethical behavior

I have sbi credit card due issue from this covid year, I have loss my cash and salary also, but there is recovery agent abusing debut word every time, ISSUE FROM THIS COVID YEAR, I HAVE LOSS they all time hurrahing me and my family, every time the tell me we kill you, if you not paid due amount . I have also paid high interest of principal amount, but there is no regards. In this covid time is very difficult to survive with the family. So kindly help and stop this type of behavior.
