Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — sbi interaction id:1-[protected]] improper billing of my sbi simply save credit card account | |||
I am using sbi credit card there are improper billings are found in my card bill since from my first bill they have charged me an an extra of 5000/- along with an interest. I was called to customer care about the issue of improper billing but they are not responding simply they are asking my details and knowing simply my complaint details and saying that they a re rectifying it other than that nothing they responds to my complaint and please send me the correct bill to proceed further and the customer care people are simply calling for payment other than that nothing they responds. I was sent an e mail to [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com but they are not responding to my complaint number 1-[protected]. Always the customer care people simply calls only for the due payment of 5000/- this 4999/- is the sbi elite card annual charges which are included in sbi simply save credit card along with the charges of simply save card charges. If i call to customer care they never responds properly. So pleaserectify the issue at an early date. 7 Was this information helpful? | |||
