Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — sovereign gold bond certificate

Dear sir,

I purchased a sovereign gold bond of 50 gm, online through axis bank. I have the acknowledgement receipt from bank and also the confirmation receipt from rbi as below:

Subscription serial: 38
Investor id:[protected] — sabyasachi basak

When i approached the concerned branch of the bank where my savings bank account exists for physical gold bond, they are unable to provide the same. They are totally unaware of this type of gold bond and even after a week they are unable to give me a solution.in this context please send me the sgb directly to my e-mail id ([protected]@aictech.in), or please instruct my bank bank to provide me the same.
