I would like to inform you that i had used the city bank atm on 11th april 2017 & withdrawal 10000/- however i got the withdrawal slip with money dispenser failure but at the same time fund was deducted from my account.

i had already raise the complaint with hdfc customer care executive on 12th april 2017 & today also communicated but still date there is no positive action taken by the hdfc team and no satisfactory solutions.

Due to this i am suffering for less balance & couldn't purchase any more. I am so helpless and requesting you to pls take necessary action as soon as possible with compensation for this period as per banking clauses.
