Resham Dhaga — Order return request not answered

I requested for a return on the same day as receiving the order. The order was of wrong size and I wanted to return it.
I tried to get to them through several mails, Instagram DMs and WhatsApp. I got no reply from any of my mails. They responded to my DM saying why do you want to return the product? When I explained everything, they didn’t even open my message and kept ignoring me. The posts on their page even has comments off. The WhatsApp no. is inactive too.
This is costumer exploitation as they claim to believe in Quality and Customer satisfaction and have a 5-day easy return policy. These are all lies. Many costumers have faced the same problem. They are openly scamming people. I want a refund of Rs. 1299.
