Residence — Drainage Overflow

Respected sir,
I am Raghuram (Ph:+91 [protected]), residing in 63/42, Ramar Kovil street, Nandambakkam, Chennai -60089. We are suffering with drainage water block and manhole overflow for the past one month, from the day one several complaints has been raised to SI(Raj - [protected]) but there instant reply was we are Sending the drainage cleaning person into the problems and will be solved ASAP, but till date no action has been taken by them, Kids are affected with health issues due to this reason.
I request your kind attention to be given to this issue and solve this problem ASAP
