Resident — Bad performance of Eureka Forbes water purifier

We have Purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes Limited at Rajahmundry, East godawari district, Andhra Pradesh; ; Bill No.015108, dated 12th July 2015. After a week time it is not working properly and called local service representatives. They came and did some thing but failed. I lodged a written compliant on web on 6th September 2015, about bad performance of water purifier; but till date no body responded. KIND ATTENTION EUREKA FORBES: Are you able to fix the problem or not ? If you failed to solve the problem, Please advice what is to be done with the defect machine.
