Resident — cutting trees illegally

Here in fraidabad sector 31 house no residents of 877 are cutting trees illegally without the consent of government authorities and are not concerned of neighbours who are against them. I want a strict action against them not happening that will see a lot more strict reaction in the neighborhood.
I want the authorities to take action against them.
