Dear sir, i am living in old no.24 new no.30 sri graha flats, thyagaraya street, north usman road, t-nagar, chennai, 600 017..in our apartments parking few road side infected dogs are sitting in front of the gate / below the cars and giving much trouble to our people. It is a diseased dog. Children are so afraid to cross that dog. Daily we are crossing them with big problem. The dogs are not going and it is barking all the time. So painful to us.
