POWER CUT

Greetings!
This is Srinivas, we stay at Tejaswi Nagar Colony, Attapur and this is regarding a regular power cut in our area on daily basis. Whenever we call to the electricity complaints number 1912 they will tell us that it got tripped or suspension failed. The power cut is there for total area on daily basis from morning to night for many times a day. I just want to ask you why they don't have a permanent solution for these kind of issues and if we ask for that they will tell us its a heavy load in our area hence it got tripped or its s suspension failure.
This is problem is since long time and nobody is there to resolve this permanently, I request you to please look into this issue and try to resolve this permanently ASAP.
As we are facing many problems due to these power cuts on daily basis for many times.

There is a huge power cut problem in our area "Tejaswi Nagar Colony, Attapur Hyderabad" since many days. On daily basis (day & night) there is a huge power cuts and if we call to that electricity call center number 1912 or [protected],[protected]Attapur Area Electricity) there is no use and we are not getting a proper response. Some times they wont pick our call and even these numbers are busy many times.
We are unable to take proper rest in night time as well in day time. As I am into night shifts and our family (kids & my spouse) all are facing this problem. People in our locality will also calls to these customer support numbers and they wont get the proper response and the issue won't be resolved.
Sometimes they will tell us that there is a strike and for that reason its a power cut issue and this power cuts are for hours and hours on daily basis. We are facing a very critical problem with these power cuts that too in this hot summer days.
Hence request you to please take this issue to a higher level and try to resolve it permanently and we will be very grateful & thankful to you forever.
