POWER CUT Hello Sir, Greetings! This is Srinivas, we stay at Tejaswi Nagar Colony, Attapur and this is regarding a regular power cut in our area on daily basis. Whenever we call to the electricity complaints number 1912 they will tell us that it got tripped or suspension failed. The power cut is there for total area on daily basis from morning to night for many times a day. I just want to ask you why they don't have a permanent solution for these kind of issues and if we ask for that they will tell us its a heavy load in our area hence it got tripped or its s suspension failure. This is problem is since long time and nobody is there to resolve this permanently, I request you to please look into this issue and try to resolve this permanently ASAP. As we are facing many problems due to these power cuts on daily basis for many times. Thanks & Regards, S.Srinivas
