I've purchased window AC on 4th may 2022.
And AC stopped working on 10th July 2022. After complaint the technician from Unique Enternational visited and told that PCB needs to be replaced.
On 15th July 2022 after calling Unique Enternational to know the status of spare part, I got the reply from him that your complaint is still in pending status and there is no update that when spare PCB will deliver to them.
Now it has been 7 days since the AC is faulty in this scorching hot weather.
Pl look into the matter.
An early action is required
