Restaurant — Food processing in a local streets, hygiene, child manpower(minors)

Child labor r working jn this hotel, and i think all r bengalis or bangladeshi, they make the food in the street area, and the fumes & smell is surrounded at my home, my parents r heart patients, i told him alot of times either he has to make food inside the shop or arrange the duct for the fume & fragnance of fry fish & foods, but they didnt listen me...what should i do..?? I have alot of pictures & vedios that they making food in street, and also proof for child labor, the average age of their workers is 10 to 13 years..
Please take some action about them, & free the minors because there childhood is in danger.
