[Resolved] Restaurant — Regarding complaint against duty manager | ||
Dear team my self deepu i am reular customer in namdhari sadashivanagar our restaurant is in opp to ur shop today at 4/06/21 i had to to ur store at 11.55 am due to some emergency i need two item i askes the on duty manger on dated today, i asked him can buy two item but we was were roughly said y cant u buy at 10.00 am this is the way he handles the customer that to regularly person then, how he may handle other customer this is not write way to handle customer i know before 10.00am we need to purchase our restaurant starts at 12.00pm that emergency in stock we got two items was missing thats y i came to store are else i would not come since ftpm lock down this is first time i enter the store at 11.55pm i request u teach a lesson to duty manager how to speak with the customer even if beggar come to ur store i request tell ur duty manger to talk smoothly to me are who ever it may be give respect take respect he is only employee not coo Thanks Deepu [protected] Was this information helpful? | ||
