Dear Sir, This is regarding my PPF account no [protected] L F No 21/153 submitted on 08.04.2015 at SBI doranda Branch Ranchi .I have submitted SBI lalpur ranchi branch account no [protected] for getting the above PPF amt liquidated to the said lalpur account.But even after 12 days amont is yet to get credited.I am a retired senior citizen and has followed up your doranda branch twice in last 2 days but to no avail. I am sorry to say that this kind of service tantamounts to harrasment of an old citizenSo kindly look into it at ealriest as i am in urgent need of funds as i am 70 year i cannot keeep going and following up your branch for my own amount.
