The service is zero. They mislead the customer and provide no after sales service. The Hyderabad dealership is pathetic as well as the customer care is of now use. I’ve been following up for more the. 2.5 months for the bike charger and all they say is it will soon come. The customer care also fails to provide any information. All they say is your concern will be escalated. Because of this my bike is just like that in the garage and I’m unable to use it. There no accountability from the service team. Plus they are rude and don’t take anything seriously. You just have to wait every time with no resolution being provided. The customer service rep says they can’t arrange a callback, can’t provide higher authority number or help with anything. They are just bluffing since 2 months. Completely frustrated. I’ve also posted on their Facebook page. Worst service ever!!!
Please take some action against them as the customers are in pain and feel that it’s a big mistake buying a revolt bike. Was this information helpful? |
