I purchased a Revolt electric bike and recently submitted it to the authorized service center for battery replacement. It has been more than 3 months now, but I have not received any updates or support regarding the status of my battery replacement. Despite multiple attempts to contact the service center and customer care, I have not received any satisfactory response.
This delay is causing me significant inconvenience and loss of trust in Revolt's service. I request immediate attention and resolution of my issue. Please expedite the battery replacement or provide a clear update on the status.
