I still didn't get my refund it's been more than 60 days. They are not responding

I also Cancelled my booking and they did not provide me any receipt or acknowledgment against my cancellation.

They hardly answer the call.

If someone know how to get the refund. Please help.

Sire I have done Test Ride Bike is Not Upto the Mark what we expected. we done cancelation 20 days over (17TH JULY CANCELLATION DATE) till we have not Received Amount.

I have cancelled my booking as on 19th of July and I haven't received my refund. I have asked them called their customer care, sent an email. But still no refund from them. Please help

I had cancelled my pre booking of RV bike on 6th oct 2019. Still I have not received the refund.I had called the customer service team multiple times but the refund is not processed yet

Same happened with me.
I have canceled my revolt on 11th sept..
Its one month now and i didn't received my amount.
When spoke to one of the showrooms executive.. They said it takes 20 days and now its been 30 days..

I just now got refund initiated. Just call them after 30 days and they should start refund process...ideally this should be automated but meh...

I cancelled my booking on November 19th, 2021 and it's been nearly 3 months and still I haven't got my refund. Every time I call I am being asked to wait for 5 days.. this is been happening from December 15th. Still no proper reply and my refund is still pending!
