Revolt Motors — Charger not received

I got revolt bike one month ago they gave me refurb bridge charger stating that it within a week they will provide me a new charger it's been a month the referbished charger has broke down just in 4 days so I just drive my bike for only 4 days from last one month still standing.
Whenever I go to service station for a new charger they say we can't do anything we don't have anything do whatever you want which means I can do whatever I can which is actually not possible because I can't drive my bike the showroom from my house is 35 km I have to go to the showroom every time and every time they say do whatever you want you don't have charger we can't do anything I just want to return this bike I will just use it for 4 days just wanted to know how can I return this bike thank you
