1. My bike was not starting for past 2 months and contacted them.
The reply from the customer service was surprising... They are requesting us to bring the bike to the showroom workshop
for inspection...which is absolutely crazy to say as the showroom is
situated around 80km from my home town...Requesting everyone to avoid buying this stupid stuff's as I find so many features are claimed to false promises...
2. Road service is number 1 fake as nobody will attend the call while we try
to call on any kind of emergency.
3. I bought this RV400 on last week of June, and since then I able to experience only half the mileage on full charge which is around 70km where they are claiming about 150Km/Charge. And I had been sending them emails and following up them till date. Till now, nobody was assigned to sort out this issue. Whenever I contact customer service, I will get automatic robotic reply without any change of words. That is the only response I get from them. Moreover, they are asking us to bring the vehicle to showroom workshop which is situated around 80km from my home place. And it is not practical for anyone to do so while we are suffering from mileage issue as we need to do double recharge. Was this information helpful? |
