Its been more than a month since I have cancelled the bike and more than 15 days have passed since I have given the account details but still haven't received the refund or any process from your end. So will I get the refund or not??
While booking you guys says that no problem will arise in future for refund but now there is no response from your side.
This is very bad customer service I have ever experienced.
The representative says to wait for couple of days since 1 month and the TAT was only of 15 days. Was this information helpful? |
