Revolt Motors — Refund not initiated

I had cancelled Revolt 400 booking on 22th Nov 2022, But still not received any refund. I have shared all bank details and also raised complaint twice through Revolt customer care, But still they are asking to wait for 7-10 days.

I had book this bike in May 2022 and tentative delivery time was Jul- Aug

Revolt mostly delayed all delivery so I have cancelled my booking, Its seems like there is scam in refund back money. So please help me get it ASAP
