My name is Snehal Dusane
I have Booked my Revolt RV 400 on 11th Feb -21 (booking amount was7999) and cancelled it on 1st Oct-21 because of the pathetic service, poor communication and also Ex bike owner reviews. Now today is 05th Nov-21 almost more than a month past but still I have not got my refund back, I have tried Mumbai Revolt Hub number [protected] several times but they did not answer the call at all.
Also company did not provide me any receipt or acknowledgment against my cancellation.
