Revolt Motors — RV 400 bike problems.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased RV400 bike on dated 5 march 2022 from Soham motors sb road revolt showroom pune, after 15 days my bike was totally breakdown when I visited Vimannagar Pune service center, that time service center representative told me it will takes 15-20 days time to resolve your problem after 20 days I visited again service center they told me your problem has not been resolved yet.
after 25 days they have got resolved the issue and hand over the bike to me.
I had checked my bike and found that left side indicator not working also right side shock absorber got leackaged. the same problem i had told them but they told me that shock absorbers and indicators is not available with them.
I have taken lost of follow ups for the same problem but still they have not available parts yet.

Another problem is that the belt of bike broke many times i had changed the belt 3 times in 2 months, also changing belt process takes 3-4 days time.
when i visited to the service center that time their representative behaving rudely with me every time.
So please look into this matter.
