I am facing many breakdown after my bike purchase and i feel my decision of purchase electric REVOLT RV 400 very bad never feel before like this after a new vihcle purchase.
Breakdown details is below.
1. Emolizer problem- 28mar to 9 apr
2. Battery problem - 10jul to 24jul
3. Charger problem -13 aug to 9sep
4. Charger problem - 7 oct to now
5. Fan belt problem- 11oct to now.
Please calculate breakdown period.
Total 3 month breakdown in 8 months.
Now i have last choice to complaint in consumer forum about claim of travel during breakdown and return of my money because i am not able to suffer more in future.
I am ready to purchase a spare charger also for solve some issues of breakdown but revolt not give any spare on time what about the warranty in thease cases. Was this information helpful? |
