Hi, On 25th Nov., 2020 ordered APEX CHROME BASE HIGH BACK ENGINEERED OFFICE CHAIR from www.rhileshop.in and paid amount. The gateway razorpay.com is being used to deduct amount from my credit card . But the product is not delivered yet and haven't got any reply for my emails from their customer care email id. And came to know that "these guys are cheaters". Please advise to get back my money.
