I treat this as cheating. Do the needful for the delivery immediately

I have ordered and paid for an office chair worth of Rs.1499 through instagram on[protected].

Ordered and paid for dishwasher on 26 Nov 2020. Still awaited todate 10 Feb 2021. No contact with company or update from them.

I had ordered an office chair on dec20th 2020 after seeing an add in Facebook and received an confirmatory email too but have not received the item and also the website is not opening at present ;I urge the competent authorities to take strict action against them n make laws to curb online fraud t

I ordered for a revolving chair amounting Rs 1499 and online payment made on 31 Dec 2020. The product has not been delivered nor any tracking info.

Rhile Shop has flashed a deal of Office chair @1499 on facebook and I ordered the article and made payment on their website with payment gateway link Razorpay cards_upi_netbanking_wallets_ on 3/1/2021. Till date no product shipment details shared & no product recieved, even no one is replying on mails. Please take necessary action on this company & payment getway service provider.

Vide your advertisement on Facebook, Placed an order for chair and online payment was made through Google pay.vide reference no.[protected], but neither any confirmation nor any receipt of payment given.9days have passed. Message was also mailed but of no use.Please arrange for delivery or refund the money.

I had ordered chairs through this site for my new clinic in bangalore on 3rd Dec 2020 and had paid INR 2998.00 in full. But I haven't received the product and there's no site onto which I can give a complaint for the same.

I saw an Add in facebook about the Rhile shop (Link: https://rhileshop.in/collections/all) and there was a clearance sale going on. I ordered an Officer chair on 6th Dec 2020 for rupees 1499/-. Before ordering the chair I have gone through its shipping policy and it was clearly mentioned that you will get the delivery with in 2-3 days. (Shipping Policy wordings: Once you place an order, the delivery time may take 2-3 days. You will get the tracking details on your email address after placing the order. In case of any enquiries, mail us at [protected]@rhileshop.in). Neither I got any message, tracking link nor the delivery of the product. No communication from them. They just debited the amount (1499/-) from my card through their payment gateway RAZORPAY.

I have dropped email, follow up emails to support @rhileshop.in but everything gone in vain. I didn't receive any response from them nor the delivery of the product. it's been 17 days. So requesting you to kindly help me with this and respond ASAP. Thank you

I could order a Apex Chrome base chair & pay money through their payment gateway RAZORPAY. After payment I got a confirmation message through my mail ID. But after it I didn't get any updates from rhileshop.in....

I ordered apex chair on Dec 15th, the Rs.1499 payment completed and got confirmation email from razor pay. But I didn't receive any order confirmation or delivery details from the Rhileshop. I sent the enquiry mail to him, but no response either.

We have placed an order on 01Dec2020 on Rhileshop.in, order no #1356 and paid an amount of 1499Rs through payment gateway razorpay But didn't receive any updates till date on delivery of the product.

I have ordered company office chair from rhileshop.in with order no 1586. No update as of now and dropped couple of mails but no update Could you please let me know when can it will deliver. Seems it is fraud company may be need to compliment.

We have placed an order on 06Dec2020 on Rhileshop.in, order no #1550 and paid an amount of 1499Rs through card payment. But product is not delivered yet. Contacted the number held in website, spoke to him about the same he is telling that product has been cancelled and will give a refund, however he is asking for personal information which is not required and confirmed that he is a fraudster. If we are calling him twice he is blocking the number.

It would be good if you people would refund the money back. Otherwise we will report this incident to police and cyber crime team as you are doing fraud.

I have booked one APEX CHROME BASE HIGH BACK ENGINEERED OFFICE CHAIR and paid 1499 vide PhonePay on 1st December 2020. However, yet to receive any order/update/delivery of the same.

On 1st of December 2020 i saw ad from this company for the above mentioned chair since it was interesting i ordered one by paying 1499/- through my credit card, i wrote couple mails to this company asking for the delivery i did not get any revert from them..
