I had avery bad and poor service experiance in the franchacee shop of ribbons and ballons which was not expected in the city like mumbai in mulund west named shloka enterprises... They just dont care about customer.. I ordered them cake for my 5 years daughters birthday cake and ask them to write on it 5th happy birthday... But insted of that they wrote 50th birthday... The cake was deliverd to me on the day of birthday... What i was able to do about this mistake... I look very cheap and it was reason to laugh for everyone... Staff in the mulund west shop sholka enterprises is also uneducated... They cant even able to write spelling of my name... Again i ask them to send me the paper shower they send me wrong thing and also charged me high rate... Which is told me rs.80 in shop charged me rs.100 on birthday... Birthday was on 12/08/2017... I had very bad experience... Hope management of ribbons and ballons will take actions againest this... Was this information helpful? |
