I've booked a plot @ankitaputhur, sep 2015 & I've paid 345500/-, due to delaying of registration more than 3 months we canceled plot booking and asked syed to refund our money, after a long time, he settled 224500/- ( by very poor slots) still(22.11.2016) we are begging for remaining amount but he did't. firstly he gave us 3 cheques partial of 345500/-, one has cleared and another one is bounced, its been more than one year still we struggling with this issue, i've called mr.mohideen so many times, and i visited him @ rich india, kodambakkam office @ many times, still i'm not getting any good responsible from his side. i'm ready to give you all the details, like booking receipt, cancellation letter, cheque copies & payment details.
