I am a subscriber of Dhani. My name is Biswajitjit Roy and my dhani register mobile no is [protected].
Continiously I sent my complaint to the nodal officer and grievance officer where I wrote that I have facing some problem regarding cash back and Freedom card-

1) I haven't receive 150 rupees to my wallet applying promo code for claim cash back card from 25th may to till date.
2) I have done successfully payment to the merchant for the amount of 3000 rupees on 28th May but I haven't receive any cash back .This offer is 2% cashback using card payment method to the local shop payment.
3) On30th May, I receive an sms from dhani where written as Congrats.Your credit limit is sanctioned @ 0% interest.Get Dhani OneFreedom card.
I wanted to know that Without subscriber permission why do you saction the Dhani FreeDom card? Even Agent of customer didn't solve my problem. This is the criminal offence.
That's I want to to delete my dhani account permanently because
1) Without subscriber permission you sanctioned the Dhani Free Dom card.
2) I am not a interest.
Yet they do not delete ot close my dhani account Permanently.I do not understand why do you close my account?
It is clear from your end resolution that India-bulls Group Dhani company is a big fraud company.

I've booked a plot @ankitaputhur, sep 2015 & I've paid 345500/-, due to delaying of registration more than 3 months we canceled plot booking and asked syed to refund our money, after a long time, he settled 224500/- ( by very poor slots) still(22.11.2016) we are begging for remaining amount but he did't. firstly he gave us 3 cheques partial of 345500/-, one has cleared and another one is bounced, its been more than one year still we struggling with this issue, i've called mr.mohideen so many times, and i visited him @ rich india, kodambakkam office @ many times, still i'm not getting any good responsible from his side. i'm ready to give you all the details, like booking receipt, cancellation letter, cheque copies & payment details.

Am kavya. i just received a phone call from yasar and he said that here is a job availing for u... during tat tym am searching for a new job... for the sake i just went and attend the interveiw at kodambakkam.. they hav selected me with 15k of fixed salary... more over am again and again conformed them about the salary ... they assured me about that salary./... then a month passed.. i was waiting for the salary..they told the juzt wait 4 few days... then 45 sdays went... am aasked them about my salary... they said again to wait... 2 month left over it... even though i sell a plot on perambakkam... after that i quit my job from ther... since i never get my worked salary amount... its my kind information for those who r searching 4 a job... pls avoid to go to RICHINDIA HOUSING PROPERTIES PVT LTD

Hi My name is Kumaran ([protected]). We booked land last month in Rich India in the name of Prabhu rangaswamy. Unfortunately, we cancelled the booking. We gave 20, 000 rupees in the way of cheque (Rich India deposited the cheque next day itself). We are asking for the refund but they saying today, tomorrow etc. I am really upset with this company... sale person name is Subash [protected]... Rich India is big company in the name alone, they are not able to refund small amount... Today I received a call saying collect the amount next saturday. it is going on on...

I have purchased a land in Perambakkam through Rich India Group on 11.07.2013 Doc No: 4303 Registered in Thiruvalangadu Registrar Office. During the sightseeing phase, Mr. Madhu (Manager) Mobile No: [protected] & Murali (Staff) [protected] employees of Rich India Group promised that they will process the Patta for the land registered. They said the Patta can be processed only after 3 months of Registration. Hence I have handed over the Patta Request application to Murali (Details given above) on 2 Jan 2014. Till now I have been following this with Mr. Madhu who initially claimed that government is digitalizing (Computerizing) all their process and hence it was getting delayed. Few months back, he also informed me that the process is not moving further because of the agent whom they have applied patta is not responding. Hence they are going to re-apply the patta for me. Mr. Madhu (details given above) who asked me to scan the registration documents again and send it to him and promised me that he will process it in 3 months and hand over the patta to me. I have sent him the scanned proof through email on March 7, 2015. I waited for 3 months and contacted Madhu again. He answered my call once and informed that he will updated me on the status. Now it is not being answered anymore nor do I get the call returned by any of their officials. Earlier, at least Mr. Madhu responded to calls and every time he said that he is constantly following things for the Patta. Now I feel like I have been cheated by their words as nothing has moved forward for the past 18 months. I have also requested them to provide the details (Acknowledgment) that they received for applying the patta. At least we can file an RTI with that information to get the response from them. Till now even that is not provided. I will be more happy if someone from Rich India can take this seriously and get my Patta as promised.
