      Sir/Madam !

      I made a request for an head HR call whom I could grieve my complaints but you didn't, and the person who misbehaved and whom I didn't want to talk to, he, Mr. Subhojeet called me and even during this call, he didn't apologise for his bullying behaviour .

      I was with my family members when Mr. Subhojeet called me and I could not speak out clearly the specific misbehaviour and insults that injured my dignity.

      Over today's phonecall dated on 9th June, He once again behaved like that, He said that he is no one's nokar(servant) and I replied " main jahan nokri karta hu waha ka nokar hu, main ek govt teacher hu, main sarkar ka nokar hu ",

      He cheated my money and dignity as well .

      He is not educated... to behave like a cultured person but he is skilled and trained enough to disguise his wrongdoings with the right, and always tried to do so.

      Before payments he kept calling me continuously but thereafter the clinic continuously and completely ignored me and my queries .

      Your code of conduct must be the same from start to end of procedure.

      You cannot damage and dishonour one's dignity and individuality,

      Once again, it's my humblest request for an head HR call from, at the earliest.

        Dear Concern,

        My cousin and I visited your kolkata clinic yesterday, and Mr. Subhojit, the head of the branch, provided a pathetic and shameful service. He might be skilled but not an educated, his language and throw demonstrated no awareness of customer service, and he might ruin your clinic's/brand reputation. If he stays, you will have no one to represent your clinic in such a competitive market.

        I am Ekram ul Haque, By profession, I am a teacher in the Govt. sector, I had my hair transplant on 14th may and have spent roughly 70 thousand so far. They released me at 9:00 on the day of transplant, and I returned back home at 11:00 pm. I contacted immediately after reaching out regarding medicine and itching. I called them but they didn't pick up; they haven't answered 70% of my calls so far. They reply to my messages the next day. In this circumstance I shared the incident with my cousin and he got help from the DR Paul clinic regarding medicines, itching, and other help but your people completely ignored me, if they don’t find me a suitable customer then they should clearly reject it but why after taking money. Its clearly lead to cheating and dishono

        As we visited there yesterday, he was relaxing with his staff at reception. As we entered he said boliye, We stood at reception. I asked if we could sit and talk in a separate room for 5 minutes. He clearly denied and said, "mere paas time nahi hai yahin boliye" in front of his team in a standing manner; we told him that there has been itching in my head for the past couple of days and you are not picking my calls. He started bullying at us misconceiving my grievances as blame instead of providing a solution, and put away his chair with a deep sound aggressively & started arguing with us badly in order to disguise the facts, his collar button was opened and he shouted like a road side goons.

        After 10 minutes, we finally eccepted his falsehood not to get into a horrible quarrel, and requested him can we take the PRP service from your other branch in Salt Lake, he threatens us again “ Main wahan bhi Incharge hoon aapko yahi karna padega PRP” we find ourselves helpless as after taking money they don’t even offer a chair to seat, no time to talk, aggressive answers, and not ready to take any of our grievances. My cousin was also interested in hair transplant but now he changed his mind.

        Please find a few more points for your reference.

        1 - He has no idea about monoxide composition.

        2 - Crust I wasn’t able to remove but they don't help, finally after rigorous request they did it but not up to the mark (Attached images)

        3 - Scalp injury at the time of transplantation.

        4 – He advise monoxides application after two weeks but in your prescriptions its showing different which confused the customers (Attached images)

        5 – He said medicine you have to buy for 10K, but later they charge 16500K

        KINDLY CHECK YOUR CCTV FOOTAGE AND AUDIO FOR YOUR REFERENCE, expecting a strict action from your side, else we will knock the consumer forum.

          I have deposited Rs.60000/- in the rajouri garden clinic of the company for getting hair transplant, however for some reasons i could not take the services of hair transplant and requested to the company for refund. Since my wife was also getting treatment from the same clinic, the company had issued me the credit note instead of giving refund of my deposit with the understanding that the cost of treatment of my wife and the cost of products and medicines will be adjusted against the credit note. some payments have been adjusted on this mode and thereafter COVID-19 started. after COVID-19 when we have visited the clinic, the officials have denied to give any service, and products against my credit note and told us that since the management has been changed we cannot give any product, service or refund of previous credit notes. i have also written a email to the company but there is no response from the company side.

            Greeting for the day,
            Hope you all are doing well, I have taken a plan for full body laser treatment from your company around 3-3.5 years back and after this long time passed away i just had 3 seatings of laser from richfeel preeet vihar clinic. The total number of seats promised to me was 10. I have tried to follow up alot with them from the past more than. 1.5 yrs for my seating but they always come with new excuses. I even tried to arrange my seating with your different clinic in Rajouri or Noida but never got an appointment there as well.
            Also due to this laser i got black spots on my back because of your technician and i have also visited you doc. in preet vihar clinic in feb, she took the picture and never heard back for that issue. So I am very unsatisfied and frustrated with your services, so it's my humble request to you guys to refund my money back.

                On the first day Rs 25000/- was paid to Richfeel, but now its being almost 6 months I need to chase Richfeel for Hair system size. They have taken a wrong measure of system (Taken: 8*6, Required: 9*7) and the mistake was made by Richfeel Saltlake branch. I was diagnosed by Dr. Silpi, but now they are not picking up the calls or responding to my issue.

                Please look into this with priority and let me know if any further action needs to be taken from my end.

                Either I need refund of my money or immediate treatment and solution for the same.

                  I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.I paid for the laser treatment but the sessions have not been provided to me as promised. I had to make several phone calls for appointment. I highly suggest everyone NOT TO PAY HARD EARNED MONEY TO RICHFEEL. They got after my life to take more services just so that they could meet their sales target. Infact Dr and technician at the Rajouri clinic is so absurd that he even told me to get facial done immediately after my laser session. The technician SANGEETA got after my life to pay more money. I gave her money but THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME PRODUCTS. Also, SHE ASKED ME TO TIP HER AFTER THE LASER SESSION. This is most horrible place I have ever been to. I KEPT GETTING PHONE CALLS TILL 11pm just to take more services from here. THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC AND CAN GIVE MENTAL TORTURE TO ANYONE. Without even finishing promised sessions they start forcing to pay for maintenance sessions. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK AND PROVIDE ME PROMISED SERVICES. I WILL TELL EVERYONE POSSIBLE TO VISIT ANY OTHER CLINIC BUT NEVER TO GIVE MONEY AND TIME TO RICHFEEL. Stop looting people. People have realised that it’s one horrible place with extremely unprofessional staffs.

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that my husband, Mr. Vinod, had made payment for a hair transplant surgery B 18855963 at Richfeel sector 18 Noida branch.

                    We had visited Noida branch on 13 July 2019 for consultation. After going through the initial check of the hair, we were told that the only remedy was hair transplant surgery. My husband had informed them that he is a diabetic and was on medication since long. We were then told that there is a scheme available and if we make payment that day itself we’ll get some discount and were told to deposit the money. Accordingly we made the payment (copy of the receipt attached).

                    After making payment we were told to get certain pathological tests done and that only on the basis of the test report they can proceed with the surgery (particularly the sugar level should be within the stipulated range and HB a/c should be around 6).

                    If they would have said this before making the payment we would have given a second thought as my husband’s sugar level is always on the higher side and his HB a/c has never come below 9. I think no person would make payment in advance when he or she knows about their own medical condition

                    Here one more thing I would like to mention that whenever a surgery or procedure is to be done, normally one is advised to get the tests done first and then if the report is up to the mark, only then the doctor recommends to go for the surgery or procedure and when it is decided to go for the procedure, one is asked to deposit money.

                    Here at your Sector 18 Noida branch, I could only sense that they were keen to take money from the customer without even thinking about the medical condition of the customer.

                    Infact it’s been almost 3 years since we deposited the money and there was no call from Richfeel asking us whether we would like to go with the surgery or would like a refund of the money deposited by us.

                    Initially a doctor in-charge was being consulted and some monthly consultation was done.

                    But, on their own, they never called or enquired about whether we were willing to get the surgery done.

                    Now we are not willing to go for the surgery and would like to get the refund of the money deposited by us.

                    I have been corresponding with the Richfeel customer care after asking for refund of the money but they are just giving excuses like WE are contacting the branch and that we have asked for the pending payment register and so on" ..its been from January 2022 I have been communicating with them but i think no action is being initiated by them.
                    Now they have stopped replying to my mail.

                    Hello Ms. Vinod, I am sorry to hear about this issue. I am Apoorva Shah, the owner of RichFeel. Has your issue been resolved?
                    I am writing to escalate a long-standing issue concerning my payments and service appointments with RichFeel Trichology Center. Despite multiple communications and follow-ups, the matter remains unresolved, and I have not received either the promised services or a refund amounting to Rs. 94, 120/-.

                    Key Details of the Issue:

                    Claimed Amount: Rs. 94, 120/- (including Rs. 36, 200/- for two hair systems and Rs. 88, 000/- for transplant surgery)

                    Initial Payment Date: 31st July 2019

                    Multiple Follow-ups: Numerous emails and reminders have been sent since November 2019 with little to no response.

                    Communication with Representatives: Mrs. Hema, Mrs. Monali, Mrs. Swati, and Hairdresser Mr. Siddhesh Sapkal

                    Despite repeated emails and phone calls, I have not received any clarity regarding the refund or the promised service appointments. The lack of accountability and transparency in handling this matter has caused significant frustration and financial distress.

                    I urge you to treat this as an urgent priority and provide a concrete resolution at the earliest. Kindly process my refund or schedule the pending transplant surgery appointment without further delay.

                    If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum.

                    Looking forward to your immediate intervention and resolution.

                        Terrible service. I can’t see any promising results and have not received any assistance for the same, even after numerous attempts.
                        The staff is extremely impolite in the Rajouri Garden- Delhi branch. I’m indignant as a customer and had a pathetic experience. No one owns up to their faults.
                        Would not recommend to anyone.

                                Dear Sir/Madam
                                I had visited your trichology center in salt lake two years ago during which your founder had visited there. The measurement and everything was done but the system hasn't been delivered to me yet. Whenever i go to the centre they say me it is coming. It has been two years . I have filed a case with consumer forum. Herein attached documents. It was 16th November 2019 and yet I have not received any refund from your end. Kindly refund or else I will have to file a case in district consumer forum.
