I have booked rajasthan package from *logix destinationa tour agency which is travel partner of tripclap*. She suggested a three star hotel at the time of booking as per our requirement. They used to call me two-thrice a day before booking. Called me at 9:00 p.m. As per the telephonic communication and whats up message they said pay 30℅ package amount once you pay 30℅ we will give you vehicle details as well as hotel booking details next day. According to this I will pay Rs. 25200/- was sent on 11th October 2022 through Phone Pay. The next day she did not call me even once a day. After that since 12th October 2022 I have called them 100 times as well as emailed them.. but they did not pick up my single call nor reply to email. When I sent the cancellation email, the scamming female anamika picked up my call and spoke rudely to me. I requested her 100 times to transfer the call to the manager. But they did not transfer.Next day when I started posting the review she connect the call to the manager (I don't know for sure if the manager works in this company or not) the manager's name is Krishna. Who told me we will provide best service also I will appoint another service member for you and due to Diwali holiday rush I will send all details of booking between 27th to 31st October 2022. I have Called them more than 100 times on 1st November 2022 on the contact number provided on the website but not a single call was picked up or booking details were given.. I posted the review again on 1st November. After that they booked hotels for me which are very cheap quality and the manager/receptionist of the hotel does not know when the booking was made.When I tried to contact them regarding the refund of the booking amount, they sent me an email that related to the payment of the remaining amount. They are not changing the hotel or refunding my money and the cheating lady Anamika is explaining the terms and conditions to me. Which she did not remember while booking.also the important thing is that terms and conditions are not mentioned on Quatotion/brochure/leaflet.fraud lady anamika don't know her original name.fake company

I purchased i tips hair extensions from lagah last month and did not received beads with it. manager told me that beads are not included in the order and i must buy beads from amazon, i told him that i need it urgent and not have time to wait for installation, he was very responsive and send me beads extra again. Thanks, highly recommended

I started purchasing my inventory from lagah exports when i first visited their factory in ludhiana in 2005 and pleased with the behavior of owner towards me even i was a very small buyer. i started with few pieces and now i am buying more than 20 kgs of raw hair every month for my online sales and for my 5 stores in states from lagah. I am basically from south africa and shifted to USA in 2010 and started my hair business. if you have any requirements for your store then can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

You have my word ALL complaints will be taken down and followed by none in the future pertaining to this situation, as soon as I am made whole by my requested refund. Also the wig will be returned intact as given to me. In the mean time I will cease any further comments and let it be known to the Mayors wife your desire to settle this manner. I await resolve.

LAGAH EXPORTS IS HORRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I ordered a 18" lace wig and a 20 and 22 inch double drawn weft. I paid over $680.00 for it, and he reassured me that it was the best. He sent me a 10" wig instead of 18" and it was soooo cheaply made the lace and this orange fabric they use has so much stretch, no structure and extremely flimsy it just rolled off your head. The double drawn was so dry and full of grey and may have started the inches I ordered but they cut 2" across the bottom so they can call it double drawn and both came two inches shorter than I ordered. I let him know I would let people know about his company (which I don't think he has, because it took three weeks for him to send, and it wasn't a special order) It's obvious he's lying about having a manufacturing companies. He sends away for it himself, but he's listed as a manufacture. At any rate he said he would just say I was another manufacturer trying to make his company look bad instead of improving there own quality. Other companies won't give you info about them because they don't want to get caught bad mouthing other companies, so I need you to know I am honest about the truth I have told you about LAGAH EXPORTS. Does it look like it is 18" which I paid $300.00 for. The second is one of my salons (I am a true business women) and the third is of me PLEASE feel free to contact me any time They are a horrible company and won't even give me a refund for the balance of 18" wig verses the 10" they sent me. He just blamed his employees. WHAT EMPLOYEES???? This man stays in business because he accuses people of lying. PLEAS JUST BE CAREFUL

LAGAH EXPORTS is very slow in there order process, hair is poor, and weft work in not good AT ALL , sheds, tangles YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY, AND CUSTOMERS SO PLEASE BEWARE! purchased hair in FEB 2012 spent 1700
