I have worked in Richfeel at Wanowrie clinic Pune from September 2023 to January 2024. I have not been paid salary for the month of January 2024. Despite sending repated reminders to Mrs Seema Bhadoria, CEO via watssap and telephonically she failed to pay my salary for Januarry 2024 . I have also sent an e mail to the organisation on 20th Feb 2024 in this regard. It is therefore requested to take action against the organisation and direct them to pay my hard earned money.

Richfeel Trichology Centre Customer Care's response Subject: Non-Fulfillment of Notice Period by Dr. Deepa

Dear Concern,

Dr. Deepa departed from our organization without serving the stipulated notice period, despite clear agreement upon joining that departing employees must serve the notice period, failing which they are liable to pay notice period salary. This action has caused significant disruption, leading to the closure of our clinic in Pune as we can’t serve patients without doctor and HR policies are made so that organisations can run smoothly and are able to meet their commitments to their stakeholders.

This is clear case of employee breaching employment terms including an agreement to work for a minimum period of two years, we also gave her an option to take a transfer to Mumbai, which she did not accept . Please find attached copy of her her offer letter
