I am writing to escalate a long-standing issue concerning my payments and service appointments with RichFeel Trichology Center. Despite multiple communications and follow-ups, the matter remains unresolved, and I have not received either the promised services or a refund amounting to Rs. 94, 120/-.

Claimed Amount: Rs. 94, 120/- (including Rs. 36, 200/- for two hair systems and Rs. 88, 000/- for transplant surgery)
Initial Payment Date: 31st July 2019
Multiple Follow-ups: Numerous emails and reminders have been sent since November 2019 with little to no response.
Communication with Representatives: Mrs. Hema, Mrs. Monali, Mrs. Swati, and Hairdresser Mr. Siddhesh Sapkal
Despite repeated emails and phone calls, I have not received any clarity regarding the refund or the promised service appointments. The lack of accountability and transparency in handling this matter has caused significant frustration and financial distress.
I urge you to treat this as an urgent priority and provide a concrete resolution at the earliest. Kindly process my refund or schedule the pending transplant surgery appointment without further delay.
If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum.
