I, sohanlal whose amount is not refunded by private school, small brief of incident is as below.
I have visited in richmond global school, n. S road, miawali nagar, paschim vihar, new delhi - 110087 on 01.02.2020 for taking the admission of my son in class -1st, there admin has selected my son for admission and demand for ₹ 87636/- including annual charges, it charges, development fee, safety and security, caution fee, activity charges, lab charges, cambridge education charges, tuition fee etc., for taking admission, i arranged the amount on borrow and given to them. Suddenly covid-19 situation came and in april - 2020 my company told me to shift in gurgaon near my office for doing job as they are not allowed daily updown from delhi to gurgaon i have no other option to denied as job is must for my family and myself, on same day i informed to school about the same by verbal and mail also and request them to cancel the admission and refund my amount as i am not able to continue this school and will take the admission in gurgaon school. (My son has also not taken online classes), from april 2020 to till date around 3 months completed but they are not refund my amount, neither they reply on my mail nor pick my calls, so it is my request to you that please support me and help me as i am belongs from middle class family and this amount is very higher amount for me.

Varinder mam. I have a serious complaint to raise regarding transport issues for my daughter in class - 4th b, route-4. We live near rani bagh. Her pick up is from wah ji wah restaurant near ram mandir. We are facing serious issues as bus comes late almost half an hour late in morning and no one informs us. On top whenever we call on transport helpline numbers no one answers the call. On top my daughter is coming in non ac car with 5 kids sitting on back seat. It’s a serious issue as kids may fall sick due to excess of heat everyday. Kindly help on priority

Richmond global school is one of the best school on the rating of just dial, parents beware of it, it is a trap to get more and more admissions.
The management is fraud, on the reception they show presentation to parents to prove that they are best but they just show off.

There is no discipline at all and they just know how to collect cash from parents, moreover one or the other day parents come and shout on them regarding the mismanagement or for the refund they fight with them.

School is use to of all this, to have cases like this on the daily basis and lease bother about that.

Kindergarten schools should discontinue their tie-up with this type of school as Parents get trapped like this.

They do not follow any rules for the nursery admissions just take cash annual charges .

On the name of refund they will show you cruel faces and avoid your presence.

Save your child's future.

This complaint is from all parents of nursery and Prep class of Richmond Global school.Our complaint about study pattern which is really burden on the child.Due to unorganised pattern kids are confused and geting pressure at school and from home also.

We request to management to pls check all this....

The school had given contract of book selling to Golden book house in Paschim vihar.The school had not given Some books and they told us that they will give it to child in the class when new session begins.But school had not given any book to the child and they told us we can collect the books from Golden books house.When we go to Golden Book house they again charge us again and also school had not give any bill of books sold.A teacher name Ms.Aanchal of richmond global school and Owner of Golden book house both of them make us fool and charged us twice.

I pleased to introduced my self ANIL NLGAM residing at C-61, J.J. COLONY JAWALA PURI, SUNDER VIHAR, NEW DELHI - 110087, & belong to the Scheduled Caste (Jatav ) .
My elder son (Yes Nigam, class Ist D) studying in RICHMOND GLOBAL SCHOOL, MIANWALI NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110087, and I want to continue his education in this school, but financially I am not strong enough to afford such a massive amount of fees.
I gave a request application for fees concession of my son in reserve category on 01/04/2010 under a scheme for underprivileged children, but no response from school till date.

On 29/04/2010, school principle sent back my son to home after half session.
Next day I sent my son to school, they repeat the same action. When I gone to school asked the reason behind it, the Receptionist was so arrogant that she refused to answer my questions. After 10 minutes of verbal discussion they simply told me that we don’t know. But I have not received satisfactory answer by the Office staff. Its a shame that Education is being used as a money minting machine.

I request to you kindly to look into this matter & issue necessary instructions to the concerned department to take necessary action.

Your instantaneous action in this matter will be appreciated highly.

Management is a cheat.

The school is not what they show in the beginning. The real face is cruel and adamant. The school is live example of mismanagement . The school daily makes changes in system which troubles the parents. The timing of school for prep classes is 6:30 which is absurdly early for little child. The school is putting overwhelming burden on children which is impending their growth.The school has no extra curricular activities as they promise in beginning. They don't even conduct skating. There is no computer, no dance class, no shooting, no horse riding and noting else. The school cab is overcrowded in which it is difficult to sit. The route of the cab is very long, so children has to sit for long time. The timing of releasing children is also not fixed, so the cab timing is also not fixed, so parents have to wait for long hours on the roadside under scorching sun.Transport and book Fee has been increased drastically in addition to tuition fee.

In brief I urge you to not send your child in this school

Avoid the school save your child. Police knocks the door of this school daily. Some dispute arises daily. Parents are harrased daily.

The Richmond global school's management is very unscrupulous.They keep a lower fee to trap student and increase it afterwards. They have increased transport fee from Rs 600/- to 950/- per month in a year and cost of books from 2100/- to 5700/- in period of one year. Book cost of Rs 5700 for a child of class prep. is unreasonably high. This is in addition to tuition fee hike for pay revision of teacher from Rs 1640/- to 2040/- per month. The school management is very arrogant and adamant.They are not ready to hear anything.There sole motto is to fool people and earn profit.

At the time of admission the promise lots of activity like Horse riding, shooting swimming, but they have none.There staff keeps changing. They don't have skating facility, computer outdoor activities or anything else as they claim. Everybody thinks to get rid of the school after one year. It is sheer waste of money and time to send your child into this school.

Moreover school timings are also absurd.For prep class bus comes at 6:30 am which is injustice to child, and destroy his childhood.
