Ricoh — Worst service, worst product - same issue repeated multiple times even after several repairs within warranty period. | |||||
Company:Ricoh no of Print outs taken :601 Condition when brought : new no of months used : 7 months/ still under warranty Complaints raised more than 15 to 20 times in very short period. technical team visit to my place : more than 10 times for the same issue. same problem arise all the time. very rarely used printer.worst service, worst product, worst technical team, its been near a month since the last complaint.already 4 times the technical persons reached my premise to solve the last raised problem, but none could. and its been 1 month since the printer lying idle at home.company is not taking any action against this issue even after multiple complaints.all the time i ended up taking print outs from the internet cafe with pendrive. for every complain they take nearly 4 days to reach our premise to check the issue.they end up without repairing the product.they again login a fresh request and it again takes time to process.and the same process repeats again and again.
