Refund of our money deposited in Dreams Infra, Bangalore requested - Reg.

We have booked an apartment with Dreamz Infra project in 2015-16 and paid Rs.10 lacs as down payment towards the apartment. But later when we visited there was no one and we came to know it is a big fraudulent company. We tried to reach them by maximum ways possible but no way out. Sincerely requesting the consumer forum to look in to our matter to get back our hard earned money.

My name is SATISH B V I have booked a flat in Dreamz sangam project of DREAMZ INFRA INDIA LTD Teacher's colony Bangalore on 17th June 2016 by paying Rs.14, 20, 000/-, but company closed in December 2016 after company owner Sachin Nayak and MD Disha choudary arrested on fraud case. I have filed police complaint and consumer Court case and obtained a decree of compensation Rs. 25 lakhs. Please help me to get my hard earned...

Hi,
I have booked the flat with Dreamz infra in the month of 23-Jan-2015 i have paid the 650000/-(Six lac fifty thousand rupees) as booking advance and 20% of down payment. They said they will start the SADAN project with in 3 months of time, but after one year also it is not started, i have submitted the document for refund on 09/03/2016, according to agreement they given post dated cheque for the 29-July-2016, SBI bank HSR Layout...

Nri - be aware of dreamz infra - 30 months - no flat - no refund

I booked 3 flats in Dreamz Infra SADHYA Project in Gunzur location near Varthur area paid 5 lakhs to 2 flats and 6 lakhs to3rd flat exactly 30 months by 31-March-2015, no joint venture with land owner, no construction. when cancelled 3 months back, they promised sending post dated cheque in 45 days, till now they did not even processed my cancellation documents. The sales executive will expalin very clearally on white paper...like this...like this...so on..., we feel very good ..but later...struggle starts after paying money
They target middle class people...
After paying booking amount of1lakh, they will send you MOU and Legal documents of Land
But MOU not reflect what discussed with Sales executive.
They not clear in MOU, what...

    I have paid 6.5 lakhs for booking a flat in Swadesh project located in Bangalore. It is 2 Bhk flat. I have not received any information about it. Now unable to reach them. There office closed. I have heard that CBI is investigating the fraud.

            I have paid an advance amount of Rs.1, 00, 000 in 2016 to book a flat in one the project from dreamz infra in Bengaluru. Later due to personal emergency I was in need of money so I decided cancel the booking and get the refund on my advance booking. It was agreed from dreamz and provided me a post dated cheque. On the day before to clear the cheque, i received a call mentioned that we will provide money in hand and don't deposit the cheque. But later money was not provided and they dragged many days to get my refund. Later one day the company was completely closed. I was cheated and didn't got my money back. Requesting you to kindly help me getting my refund back from Dreamz infra Bengaluru.

                      This is to inform that we have been robbed by dreamz infra private limited. There have been numerous protest and complaints registered still they are not in coustody. Neither they are been arrested nor produced before court for not attending to the court. I have given 3lakhs in hope of getting a house. Sachin and disha the md of dreamz infra private limited fradulently taken the money.
                      Pm modi is the only our hope.
                      Please take some action.

                            Paid amount for 3bhk flat booking with Dreamz ajent Mr Ahamad .No response .what is the status. are we to allow such fraud, ??

                            What has happened to the project' Savhas'' Begur Road near to bangaluru IT colony which was shown to us. which pillar and post should we go to for help in this case, It is a serious concern.
