Hi, We are resident of E3 block in Sector H LDA Colony, kanpur Road, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, road next to Khushi Cosmetics. There are 8-10 Street dogs who are becoming menace for residents and travellers. Everyday any kid or biker are becoming victim of they. Even many accidents have happened recently. Due to feeding habits of 1-2 residents everyone is fearful of these threatening dogs. Please if possible, do something to save residents. We are not against stray animals, but they have become threat to all residents.
Periyar Realtors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    2006 I BOUGHT 25 GROUND LAND NEAR TIRUNELVELI NEW BUS STAND THROUGH Periyar Realtors.

    INITIALLY I NOT INTERESTED THAT LAND. NOW I AM HAVING GOOD ASSET FOR MY CHILD.

    MEMBERS ARE VERY HAPPY.

    Periyar Realtors giving so many this type Oppertunity to Customer.

    Really They are a Asset Creator.

    cheating in prop care work

    Harassment by SM Paranjothi Pandian Periyar Realtors

    I would suggest consumers not to buy properties from Periyar Realtoes.Initially SM paranjothi pandian give a lot of promises but later on fail to abide.
    Most scary and surprising is that the owner SM paranjothi pandian manhandles and abuses consumers if they raise any question. SM paranjothi pandian harasses the investors, customers and even their company staffs in many ways and this goes on for days.

    The consumer complaints about Periyar realtors has started reachibg people. I think People and customers will be aware of Periyar realtors SM Paranjothi pandiyan. I heard from company staff that SM paranjothi Pandiayan has planned to escape to Tirunelveli soon. So, customers, Please take care yourself and try to ge the owes from SM paranjothi.

    Also for Tirunelveli custoers! Beware of SM Paranjothi Pandiyan....

    I am Nisha, I was working with Periyar Realtors Pvt Ltd in 2009. I have seen SM Paranjothi pandiyan and their company staff P.Sulokchana were cheating customers and Investors. I have many times asked them why are you doing like this but replies from SM paranjotji pandiyan was always that "This is business"
    But I am not ale to tolerate this and they started troubling me and abused me in many times since I have raised geniune...

    Don’t trust this company. They sell property at much higher price. Many properties are not clean.
    The company director SM Paranjothi Pandian belongs to Tirunelveli dist and he has sarted a real estate company in 2007 end from collecting capitals from his close friends and assured them to return the money within one year with some profits but he has yet to pay the money to his friends and when they call him...

    Periyar Realtors has tied up with Green land promotors Adyar for promoting Ramana Nagar Kariyapatti.
    Customers have enroled for Ramana nagar monthly installment But there is no such Land avilable for customers. Periyar realtors always ride on customers trust.Who ever invested in Ramana Nagar, Please go and verify the Land.
    Don't trust SM paranjoti pandian Periyar Realtors.
