[Resolved] Rimyrah Clothes Store — Fraud with Online product selling | |||||
I have placed an order for jumpsuit from online shopping website “Rimyrah.com”. I received the product on 13 Aug 2015 with order number [protected] and I did not liked the product at all. The stuff was not good. I dropped a number of mails to [protected]@rimyrah.com but nobody replied. I even tried dropping a mail to [protected]@gmail.com. I tried calling up the customer care the very next day but no one picked up. After making calls for a number of times the customer support responded. We had a discussion and they took 2 days time to gather information for what I Dont understand. I asked them to raise a request for the product as I did not liked it. Initially they said they will and let me know but nobody called back. After 2-3 days when I tried contacting them again they said we cannot return the product . I have to exchange it. How can you force the customers to buy something if they do not like it. I have bought many stuffs online but dealing with you guys was the worst. You actually make me regret for picking you from so many options available. Its been more than a month and you haven't refunded the amount after taking the product Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi Dear,
We received your order on 12th August with a note that you need it ASAP. We delivered it on 13th August a Day after. Few days after some one from your side called up and said that we donot lke the product, we need a refund and company refunded you the entire amount, despite there is a policy of no refund as mentioned on the website itself.
We respect our customer's and value their money, so we refunded the entire amount to you.
