I booked RB Loyalty card via ringing bells site, i have paid 550 rupees to ringing bells pvt ltd but still i have not received freedom 251 mobile mobile phone.
When i tried contacting customer care, the no. is showing invalid.
My loyalty card no is [protected]
please do the needful and deliver my product as soon as possible.

Debashis Naskar's response I made a payment of rs.550 rupees to ringing bells but still didn't receive my freedom 251. They only given a loyalty card. I am supposed to receive smartphone(freedom251) by 31st December 2016 but still i didn't received it.

I tried contacting the costumer care department but none off there phone numbers are working(toll free number is discontinued ). Their website is also not working. And also the e-mails i sent to "[protected]@ringingbells.co.in" are bouncing back.

I want my money to be refunded or my phone.

I am also attaching the letter that I received.

I have paid INR 550 to Ringing Bells For Platinum Membership on September 2016. As per the membership i should receive a Freedom 251 phone before 31st December 2016. But Nothing Received till now, and the company website is disabled.
