Ringing Bells — I made a payment of rs.550 rupees to ringing bells but still didn't receive my freedom 251. They only given a loyalty card .I am didn't receive smartphone(freedom251) by 31st December 2016 I tried contacting the costumer care department but none off there phone numbers are working(toll free number is discontinued ). Their website is also not working. And also the e-mails i sent to "[protected]@ringingbells.co.in" are bouncing back. I want my money to be refunded or my phone. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir, See your DOTZOT no[protected] and i paid rs 550 and i get silver loyalty card no [protected] valid through 9/17 and promised your 251 handset mobile will be delivered on 31 dec 2016 but not received yet. Pl do some thing. Thanks.
