[Resolved] Ringing Bells — No confirmation of payment made through credit card

After seeing newspaper advertisement, i have book one Bell Smart 101 mobile through their official website www.ringingbells.co.in. But after payment of Rs.2999/- there is no any confirmation for the payment made.
I have email to their official ID [protected]@ringingbells.co.in, but there is no any confirmation.

Is it a fraud company?
