Ringing Bells — Paid Rs.550 rupees to ringing bells for freedom 251 smartphone but din't received

I have paid 550 rupees to ringing bells for the silver loyalty programme in which i am suppose to get the smartphone (freedom 251) by 31st December 2016 but still i didn't received it.

I tried contacting the costumer care department but none off there phone nos. are working. There website is also not working.

I want my money to be refunded.

I am also attaching the screenshot of the email confirmation of the order that i made on ringing bells website. Request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue.
