Ringing Bells — Product not received till now meant to be delivered by 25th February

I have not received my order till now. Also company customer care didn't responded. I waited for 10 minutes on call in hope to be attended by any customer service agent but no one responded. Please I request to take serious action against this issue . I haven't received SMART 101 which they promised to give 25/02/16
