I joined in ringing bells silver loyalty membership program on[protected]. Through their website by paying rs.500 and i was promised to deliver with a silver membership cad and a freedom 251 mobile phone. I got the card within a month. I got a letter attached with the membership card stating the phone will be delivered soon. I tried reaching their customer care several times but no response, i was being cheated. Still no response for my money and phone. Help me reply me...
