Ritu Hyundai — no service provided by company even though the car was with them for 20 days

I had a dent on the bumper of my car (I20) and also the front indicators were not functioning properly.
Had given my car to them for getting this done and had asked to claim my insurance and also to work on the front headlights that had scratches on them.

My car was handed over on 13th january 2018 and they had promised to return back the car on 24th jan. My car was not ready on 24th jan and when i called the executive they said that the process is initiated and will be done in next 4 days and give you a call back.

When i went to the showroom to get back my car when they failed to return it on their said date i. E 24th jan, my car was in the same condition when i had handed it over to them.

From 13th jan to 20th jan my car was in the same condition without a single work done by the company side. I have never experienced such a pathetic and ridiculous behavior from hyundai earlier.

Requesting to a quick recovery and avoid such instances as i have not received any support from the company, even after stating by the executive that it will take only 2 days to work on the car parts after the insurance process is done.
