I have major 2 issues with the vehicle.Request you to please look into it.
1.At 2nd and 3rd gear, vehicle pickup is not proper and there's a lag.
2.The Stephanie tyre is of 13 inches while other tyres are 14 inches.
Expecting a revert at the earliest

    I had sent my creta bearing registration number mh 05 cv 8523 for servicing and some other complaints on saturday. Inspite of my driver having made a complaint about noice on applying brakes it has not been looked into with the result that you have charged me for the work but the same is still not resolved.
    This is not the first time that i have got my car back without resolving the problem. Last time also it was same that my car was taken again for the same thing which is causing us un - necessary problem.
    You are requeated to please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest

      This is regards to a very bad service provided by your dealer ritu hyundai. Dealer complete one day and delivered the car very late in the night. They informed my mother the issue is resolved but the very next day when i came home took my car for test drive the issue was not resolved. The pickup is worst then an auto rikshaw. This was the first time i bought hyundai car but trust me it will be last. I strongly recommend not to buy hyundai cars as their after sales services worst.
      I called the dealer and informed him about the issue. They said they will sending a technician at my place it more than a month no one has come. Above all i am receiving a call from their executive who's telling me to give them 10 rating if i receive any calls asking for feedback i mean is this a joke.
      Sorry to say but this kind of service you guys offer than you will not be able to survive for long time

        I had a dent on the bumper of my car (I20) and also the front indicators were not functioning properly.
        Had given my car to them for getting this done and had asked to claim my insurance and also to work on the front headlights that had scratches on them.

        My car was handed over on 13th january 2018 and they had promised to return back the car on 24th jan. My car was not ready on 24th jan and when i called the executive they said that the process is initiated and will be done in next 4 days and give you a call back.

        When i went to the showroom to get back my car when they failed to return it on their said date i. E 24th jan, my car was in the same condition when i had handed it over to them.

        From 13th jan to 20th jan my car was in the same condition without a single work done by the company side. I have never experienced such a pathetic and ridiculous behavior from hyundai earlier.

        Requesting to a quick recovery and avoid such instances as i have not received any support from the company, even after stating by the executive that it will take only 2 days to work on the car parts after the insurance process is done.

          VERY POOR SERVICE... Never buy From RITU Hyundai Specialy From This Branch Kalyan.
          First of All They gave the delivery too much late than the given date and they dont have the sense & manners how to talk with the customer.
          The supervisor VENKATESHWAR in service department dont know how to satisfy customer hence really not satisfied with the service and work of him.
          I am advising all of you please dont buy from RITUHYUNDAI very bad experience.
          Same thing i am going to tweet to hyundai

            We booked Hyundai xcent on April 5th 2016. Sales person and dealer committed to deliever it on May 9th 2016. At the time of booking dealer assured that we will get twilight blue colored xcent. On 5th May we got call saying that color is not available. On 6th we have been told that the production of the model which we selected has been stopped for time being. On 10th dealer called and said if we pay extra money to him; he will arrange the same model in a week. Still we have not been communicated well about our desired model and color.
