Package is 26000/- this package is worst...

Bad room, they said villa, but i received normal room with non AC
Kunal sir said villa, Vijay sir said Standard AC room, i got non ac room, this is very bakwas holiday package
They are not listening my words

Iam Mohan from chennai and I have booked a northeast trip with my family this May 28th 2021.Mr Anshul, TripAdvisor and Madan Mohan were coordinating on the behalf of Ritual holidays.

Iam yet to receive any kind of receipt for the money paid as advance (over a lakh of ruppees)from the company.In this pandemic set up Iam yet to get any confirmation of the trip from your team especially in the background of lockdown in many parts of the country.I have been calling the above contact persons but to of no avail.None of them have replied nor texted me I'm this regard.

I regret to find that the company is displaying an unprofessional attitude combined with apathy.At this rate I cannot imagine to stay associated as your customer in the future

A fraud company. They foolish the people. Never book a trip with this company. (Ritual holidays) we had very bad experience in feb month 2020 for bali & malaysia tour with them.

* when we reached, the operator left us on wrong hotel and till we come to know he just left. That other hotel manager somehow manages us to go to our hotel.

* 2 days before they changed 2 of our hotels and one of which was third grade hotel, very poor service. Then charged extra
When we called them, no support at all...
No one pick up from malaysia trip
* the tour operator at mallaysia was so arrogant, came late no one pick up and when asked, he was talking in bad language and threatening for canceling all other programs.

There are many many... Many problems we faced.

My advice - never plan with this type cheap company

We had approached utrakhand state tourism department for a trip to utrakhand and they in turn had forwarded our lead to ritual holidays pvt. Ltd. So with an understanding that this particular travel agency is affiliated with state tourism (As also mentioned by them in trail mail) we went ahead and made our travel bookings.

Through this email i would like to lodge a severe complaint against ritual holidays...

One of the worst experience i have ever had in my lifetime. If the option allows me for a negative start i will definitely give a minus 100 to the tour. There were no service provided and the operator didn't care for anything other than the money which they received before the tour in advance. Even after paying a hefty amount in advance the customer has to arrange by themselves for basic things like transport leave other services apart. The cabs when committed to be ac are given without ac. The staff is extremely rude and inefficient, especially rohit - the tour operator this guys has no way and sense of talking to the customer and he misbehaved in the extreme way and also is the most inefficient guy in the overall trio because he couldn't even arrange for cab which was least expected out of him and pooja - she talks all sweet before the payment for the package but after that she takes no interest in making sure basics of the customer are met and when asked she is irresponsive and says "do whatever you want" and takes no effort in helping the customer. It felt company has no experience in organising trips and tours ever. Highly highly highly disappointed and cheated customer and will make sure people in my network are aware about this and never get into such un-ethical and blunder travel agents.

The worst ever tour operating company i had ever seen in my life of 45 years. I used to tour every year with my family and relatives but never experienced such a worst service from any touring company. From the very first day they had started their misbehaviour. The driver was instructed in such a way that even he has not started moving the vehicle unless we paid the balance amount after our fist day tour we proceeded to mussoorie and reached in the evening at our hotel. Next day we started our tour but such a. Tour operator that in evry location they ignored a special place of attraction in the itenary. While negotiation i had informed some key places but they had ignored some places which i also overlooked the itenary and trusted on our conversations.in mussoorie trip after visiting mussoorie lake when we started suddenly the vehicle had a major breakdown and were unable to took our lunch and returned back to hotel via a local bus. Next day we travelled to haridwar. We couldn't complete our tour on that date and requested for laxman jhula visit to the tour co-ordinator for next day, after lot of requests he agreed to do so. Then next day we started our tour to agra after visiting laxman jhula. On our way suddenly on of the back tyre busted at around 1 45 pm near muzzaffarpur. After changing with the stepni we again started at around 2.25 pm and after taking our lunch again we started for agra. Suddenly at around 8.25 pm again another back tyre got busted and panic all around us as ut is a remote dark area and we along with two senior citizens and my 7 year old sona and six ladies all were stranded their for around almost 5 and half hour. And everytime i enquired from the transporter and tour co-ordinator mr. Naresh they misbehaved with us and lied everytime i called them to know what is the status of replacing the tyre. Even the police patrolling in yamuna express way got irritated and lastly called the owner of the tempo traveller. And we didn't even had water and any food till then and everyone o[censored]s got panicky about such a situation. I requested to the tour operator to arrange a transit vehicle from agra which will be easiest and shorter time taking matter but mr. Naresh just googled us saying that tyre carrying from delhi will took same time in comparison to alternate vehicle to be arranged from agra. My booking for agra hotel orchid is for 12th and 13th mar 19, but we reached agra hotel on 13th mar at 3.15 am after repairing of the tyre, but no compensation being made for loss of one day booking. And the bitter experience we had in our last day. As i had informed several times to mr naresh that we will come back to dekhi early morning and will stay for few hours in our relatives place and will catch our trading the evening they agree that time but suddenly after dropping ti our relatives place i received a call within a hour from the transportr owner that we have to immediately release the vehicle, i requested mr naresh about the incident and again he lied and started screaming. The tour company is just below par company and only interested in fooling their customers and grabbing money and no proper facilities are being provided. I have all the proofs of the incident. And request everyone not to opt this tour company for any tour otherwise will face this type of bitter experience as faced by myself today. They behave quite cordially while u start ur booking but in between the tour they show what they are capable of.in hindi their is a quotation delhi ka laddu jo ekbar khayega pastayega, it's appropriatephrase applicable for this company and its employees. I request everyone to go through this review amar plan before planning your with this company.

I planned a trip to Gujrat with this travels and my experience has been horrible. Their staff member - Jyoti and their senior members took the advance of Rs. 10000 and confirmed booking for total Rs. 23600 and called next day to ask more money because drivers weren't available.
I paid more money and the package was rebook to Rs. 25000 later. I received the email with Rs. 25000 and i boarded the train for Gujrat. On 2nd day of my travel the driver asking me more money and revised package of Rs.26200 as the additional GSt charges which was nowhere mentioned in the email.
Their member-Jyoti told that GST charges are understood by itself and we didn't inform you about that and wasn't mentioned. When i refused to pay the GST amount the driver said i cant take you ahead of this journey and hence because i was with my mom and in an unknown city i had to pay him the extra amount and finish the trip.
This was a very pathetic, foolish and cheater behaviour by them. They are literally cheating the clients by revising money everytime.

Peoples please Dont consider this Ritual tours and travel holidays.. They are literally cheaters..

I am a Deputy Secretary in MHA going on LTC to Bhubaneshwar. I registered in various tours and travels as a single adult wanting quotes from them for a 8 nights and 9 days package to orissa. Ritual Holidays representative on calling was told by me clearly that only I would be going to Bhubaneshwar and that I had already booked Flight from Delhi on 2nd March 2019 starting at 11 AM and coming back to Delhi on 9th March by 9.50 AM Flight.br...

We had a horrible experience with ritual holidays. Even after charging us more than one lakh+, they made bad planning of our 5 days trip, booked substandard hotels at mandya (Hotel om palace), dwaraka (Hotel gopal) and far away hotel bookings, lack of basic amenities (Water and hot water), breakfast not available for few o[censored]s in hotel gopal at dwaraka, sales people lacking knowledge on ground level realities on distance between locations, not sharing 5 days tour plan to driver in advance, taking 75% of package amount in advance without providing final confirmation of hotels well in advance, sharing driver details on the last day leaving no scope for us to re-plan the tour based on ground realities. Driver got conflicting directions from multiple sources from ritual holidays created confusion and delayed our travel.
We could not get what we promised and finally we end up our tour without visiting diu though which is part of our tour plan.
Sales people located at delhi and never respond to our concerns in time, we tried chasing pallav, jyothi (Who made our bookings) and not accessible for us to address our concerns. Local guys in ritual holidays do not have any authority to address our issues.
Be careful before choosing ritual holidays if you are travelling with elders and kids as we had to make late night travels by roads and reached hotels either mid night or early mornings spending sleep less nights and using hotels only for couple of hours.
We regret for having trusted ritual holidays for our gujarat trip.

We booked gujarat tour with ritual holidays. The hotels booked by ritual holidays were of very low standard against their promise of deluxe rooms without the basis facilities of tea making in the all hotels and there was no hot water in shower in hotel in somnath the location of hotels was pathetic. The average room rate for hotels was rs[protected] on various sites which clearly indicates level of hotels.in bhuj the room was so small that suitcases could not be opened. We paid extra to get bigger room.in gir the hotel was located in a village which was 15km away from gir. We did not stay there but booked ourselves in amidhara resorts, gir and paid rs 4800/- from our pocket. Ritual holidays charged us exorbitantly by promising good hotels but looted by providing filthy hotels. Several attempts to contact failed. We even sent them pics of location of hotel on whatsapp but they did not respond as we had already paid full amount.
Ritual holidays have no concern about customer complaint. They made easy rs 25000/- out of rs 69000/- paid by us by providing hotels not worth living.

They pressurize you to transfer the money so that they can book hotels for you and don't actually book the hotels. They will also send you hotel vouchers without booking it and confirming from hotel.

It was decided that out of 63k, 14k we will give to driver by cash on last day of the trip but after we reach rajasthan to start our first day of the trip, they asked us to give the money to driver else they will not take you further. The driver actually did not come.

They are least concerned about their services, they are just looting passengers in different places where tourist can't do much.

They had provided hotels with map plan but in rajasthan which is knows for good food, we did not get good food as there were some boys from nepal cooking for us. We paid for map and still we had to have dinner in other restaurants.

I had read their bad reviews before booking the trip, but 4 persons[balvinder, naresh, madan, bhagat] from ritual assured me that please give us a chance, we won't let you down, and after we actually started the trip, they did not even cared to pick up the call.

After i called hotel to check if our booking is confirmed, then guy from ritual said sorry mam, we will do your booking in another hotel. Very worse situation.

Instead, of we enjoying out trip, we had to talk to these guys again and again.

If you are travelling with kids, elders never ever go with them. Their policies are not at all in favor of tourists. Instead, please book your tours on your own. I rajasthan you don't need pre-booking as well. You will get hotels and car services easily even in pick season.

I had booked a package for mount abu and udaipur.

Hotels were given in the itinerary so we had checked those hotels and found good so lastly prepare to do advance booking to confirm our package.

I confirmed with mr. Sourodip roy, who was in touch with me for making advance, that i want the hotel mentioned by me.
He also confirmed and told that make payment, we will confirm.
But the day i made advance...

If any group want to book a holiday plan at any locations please please and please don't book ritual holidays

Absolutely worst service, everytime they makes a false commitments.

Me and my family was at bangalore-ooty-mysore in last month by ritual holidays.

When we reach at airport first the driver ask us about money for disel, when we reach at hotel then they also ask us for money... When we are trying to contact ritual holidays then told us to give money to everyone and we will reduce ur money from ur total package... But still we won't received any refund from them

Arrangment is totally worst... Not provide gud knowledge driver... At every place we pay money... Money got wasted. Do not please do not book here.. We family suffer alot and not enjoyed trip. Our most half time is waste in searching the place.. Cheapest servuce i ever receive. Do not trust this travelling ritual holidays service.. They provide bad service. Worst worst worst!!!

Later v spoke to you over call before paying the amount you told u ll give us a 3 star hotel..

The next day v paid d amount you say u already hv sent d mail and want 20k extra to proceed further

The ritual employees are all liars. They take advance full payment and do not provide facility as per deal or package. I booked a package for somnath and dwarka, in the package they mentioned after reaching somnath, we will be checkin to the hotel, even i got for last payment to be provided, that time only they provided that checkin time is at 12 pm, so i called and asked why it is like that, ritual employees giving stories., and informed that we will get the refreshment room in the morning.
When we reached hotel shubh suvidha, hotel employee (Only one employee he was like gonda) is very rude and said, we don’t know about any thing check with ritual guys …and room will be available only at 12 pm ….. And another hotel gopal in dwarka, which was horrible waste hotel, no proper bathroom and clean bed, it is total waste of our time to stay in that hotel and also hotel employee are very rude, they done have restaurant and asked ask to take a walk for breakfast that too only available from 8 am not before that, when we reached restaurant, they don’t have any option apart from allu roti, that too they gave us at 8.30 am.

I will suggest not to book any package from ritual travel, if you don’t have option check everything and then do the payment.

I booked a package for goa.in their package they did not mention about vehicle for sightseeing and when i ask verbally they told me u will be provided a private cab for sightseeing but reaching at goa they provide a sharing bus for sightseeing. And when i call them from goa they all said that our package for goa is based on sharing bus only.
So never ever book on ritual holidays. All liars in rituals

I would like to bring this to everyone's notice on how poor swindlers these agents of the Company: Ritual Holidays are. They ritually steal and cheat money from innocent clients. You would be rest assured that they are well trained in swindling money from you in the name of service, you should only pursue them if you do not value your money, time and your respect.

Technically, as on the Feb2018, if you feel to get a package of GOA, for 3 days in a 1Star Resort, with No Facilities, you would have to shell out a lakh of rupees. By the way, you would initially be promised of a package covering nearly entire North and South Goa, in a dedicated Vehicle, which you would then not get.
If we had even the slightest honesty as a country of people, we would have immediately shut these people down, but sadly they continue to cheat more people.

We booked a goa trip 4 days and 5 nights. We were assured 2 days sightseeing and 3rd day additional cruise trip. We're surprised to know that our package was for one day sightseeing and that to by public transport. After making several calls the sales guy gaurav das said this was not in the package i had the email he sent which clearly says 3 days sightseeing. Didn't want to spoil my trip. I managed on my own. I would highly recommend not to use ritual holiday don't even try
