Ritual Holidays — I am complaining against ritual holidays as they did not provide services as committed

I booked a tour for srinagar from Ritual Holidays and paid all full amount to them in advance ( for tickets /hotel/tour/rides/meals, all included)on 1-4-2016. my travel date was 3-6-16. but after receiving payment they did not provide me receipt even next 16 days after so many reminder they provide me receipt then they send me a written document with details when we travel they did not provide any facility which committed. 3rd class house boat after charging 4 start. no food after charging all meal included. no ride even after charging approx 10000 for rides. when we called they did not make any response and cut our phone. we booked hotel again with our money and completed our tour.
